Our Team
Our first point of call upon market entry were the Landlords. Across multiple stories we heard, dissatisfaction was a common denominator of the average landlord experience across Nigeria. We set out to ensure we became the finance and wellness partner of every landlord.
We offer more than agency and property management. We offer peace of mind. This has informed our product offerings and add ons i.e. rent guarantee, tenancy vetting process, among others. We are delliberate with our how. As a team, we begin each day with one question in mind — how can we better serve our andlords?
With over 300 apartments and counting across Lagos, we are deliberate about helping landlords plug financial leakages, find reliable and responsible tenants, and keep their properties in good shape before, during and after tenancy cycles.Unlike current arrangements, ours is a real partnership with equal commitment and aligned incentives.
